Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for the slow despatch, we have been massively impacted with the backlog of orders due to Royal Mail had halted International deliveries. Thank you for your message - we have been looking into this for you. This was despatched from our fulfilment centre when your order was placed however there have been numerous problems with Royal Mail where there has been a severe backlog of parcels due to ongoing strike action and the most recent cyber attack. Please accept my apologies for the continued delay. We are really disappointed that negative reviews are from the current postal service and are certainly not a reflection of our company and the product ordered.
