Superior product

The hand cream bars are awesome. Better than any handcream from a tube that I've tried. My hands usually get very dry in the winter. Almost raw. Looking forward to trying other products from this...

Cant review… still haven’t received my order

Placed order 22 Jan and didn’t even ship for two weeks so still don’t have the items. Hilarious the message says “you should have received your order by now”…. Hahahahahaha

Thank you for your message - we have been looking into this for you with your order number. This was despatched from our fulfilment centre when your order was placed however there have been numerous problems with Royal Mail where there has been a severe backlog of parcels due to ongoing strike action and the most recent cyber attack. Please accept our apologies for the continued delay. We are really disappointed that negative reviews are from the current postal service and are certainly not a reflection of our company or the products that you have ordered.

Delivery was very slow and I was suspicious. I received my box today and the products are lovely! The hand cream bar feels great, husband agrees! The face cream feels a little greasy but we'll give it a chance! I will be a repeat customer.

To be fair, it's not that there's anything wrong with the company's service. But I have yet to receive my order, courtesy of whatever this Royal Mail security breach is and, of course, I have no idea...
