And we had to pay import taxes, almost doubling the costs of purchase. It is now one month later, we have paid €13 for the product + € 5 for shipping and € 8 for customs. The varnish is quickly becoming more expensive than the letter and the website could have done a better job warning us for this? Aren't there any local agents that can do the shipping? We've ordered a similar product through a German Manufactum and have received it promptly. The product is great but the whole purchasing process is an expensive nightmare.
I have waited patiently for an answer about my broken jar. I don't seem to have had an answer. I have tried the other jar and the product seems very good, which is a shame as I would have liked to...
Delivery is extremely slow. I am still waiting for my order.

Thank you for your message - we have been looking into this for you with your order number. This was despatched from our fulfilment centre when your order was placed however there have been numerous problems with Royal Mail where there has been a severe backlog of parcels due to ongoing strike action and the most recent cyber attack.
Please accept our apologies for the continued delay. We are really disappointed that negative reviews are from the current postal service and are certainly not a reflection of our company or the products that you have ordered.

I order my products on January 16, 2023 and have not receive any notification about my order. I don’t know if it is or was processed. Nothing has been mailed. And I have emailed their support twice...
