Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for the slow despatch, we have been massively impacted with the backlog of orders due to Royal Mail had halted International deliveries. Thankyou so much for responding Emma. Very much appreciated! I was starting to wonder if the company really existed and if I had been duped .
I did receive a tracking update today saying that one of my orders had left the UK so I’m happier now.

Received my package February 10 and although it took quite some time to get here due to the Royal Mail problems, I am very happy with my purchase.
The Luxury #1 soap and body butter smell divine and the lip balm is amazing. The hand cream bar is nothing like I’ve ever tried before but I used it last night before going to bed and this morning my hands feel so soft and moisturizer. Love it all♥️
Communicate with customers. Faster order turnaround. Make customers feel better about risking giving their money to a company overseas. Right now I don’t think it’s worth the bother.

Still nothing delivered. When you hand off orders to another country what shipping service do you use and how can we track rhem
I placed this order Jan 27 and I still have not received it.
I have tried to track it using the app you sent and it does not work.
I bought this as a Valentine gift for my wife and all I can say is...
As of today, 2 February, I have not received my original order
