Hi there, we're really sorry to hear that your order has yet to arrive. We have had major issues with Royal Mail International deliveries where they were halted after a recent cyber attack within Royal Mail. This has impacted our small business massively and has been outwith our control. We also recognise our Customer Care side has failed recently and replying to all Customers. Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for the slow despatch, we have been massively impacted with the backlog of orders due to Royal Mail cyber attack, postal strike action and a backlog of parcels to be despatched. We have also had changes within our Customer Care and want to apologise that you were not replied back to which is completely unacceptable.
