I'm really sorry to hear that your order has not been received as yet. This is a situation that is outwith our control as this is an issue with Royal Mail having strike action and cyber security attack that had halted International orders from them. I ordered these items and paid through PayPal. I received no communication and have not received the goods.
Fortunately, I was able to get a refund through PayPal.

I'm really sorry that your parcel is subject to Customs duties, however this is something that is completely out with our control. We are currently looking at overseas distribution centres so our Customers don't have additional outlay on their orders. Kind Regards, Emma - ENSC
