Never Again

Supposedly, my order was shipped on January 13th. This is February 5th and there is still no sign of it. Furthermore, I sent an inquiry to the company two weeks ago and they still have not replied....

Thank for your response. I look forward to receiving my order. However, it seems it took my comments on Feefo to get this response. I contacted the company (request 23919) and got an automated response from Rosie on January 30th saying my request was being reviewed and she would get back to me. She never did.

My order, which was placed January 13th, finally arrived today, February 17th. It is a lovely product, but there is one major drawback - it is highly scented. In this day in age, workplaces, hospitals, etc., require employees, visitors, patients, ... to be scent free. The reason being that many people are allergic to scents. I don't have an allergy to scents, but my skin often reacts to products that are scented. If I am able to use this product, it will only be at night when going to bed. Putting out a scent free option is something your company should pursue.
