Awful. I had the wrong shipping address and sent 3 emails to correct it. I did not receive a response. The order was shipped to the incorrect address and I'm stuck with a financial loss.

Hello. I did receive my order. The package was a little worse for wear but the items were intact. Fortunately I feel the wait was worth it as the quantity of oils and fragrances were stellar. I will more than likely place more orders knowing it may be a month or so to receive them. I am deducting a Star from my rating upgrade for that reason.

The issue I emailed several times about was in regards to my order 8511 which was placed on January 3rd. At this point I have had to order products elsewhere and want a refund of what I was charged. It’s been almost 2 months since my order and I only got a reply when I left a negative review. Please let me know when my refund will be processed. Thank you.
