I can’t rate products I do not have. The items were ordered on January 20 and now it is February 22 and I still do not have them.

Ok - hand cream bar: I like the way it feels, but the scent, reverie, is awful. I will not use this. The shampoo bar was not as lemony as I thought it was going to be. The pre-conditioner smells wonderful and I like the fact that it melts in your hands and you can put it in your hair and wrap your hair up for a few minutes before you wash it out. However, when you use the shampoo bar to wash it out the shampoo bar, stripped my hair of any conditioning oil that I just put in it. Was kind of ridiculous to try to precondition her hair and then shampoo it all out. I had to put in a leave in conditioner in order to be able to get my brush my hair because my hair has been completely stripped by the shampoo bar. Needless to say, I am not ordering anything from this company again.

Nicely packaged. Love the tin with the skin softener. Works really well. Have not tried the soap yet.

I received my products yesterday. Have only tried one of them. So far, I am impressed with the hand cream. The shipping was slow but does not reflect on the product itself.

Awful. I had the wrong shipping address and sent 3 emails to correct it. I did not receive a response. The order was shipped to the incorrect address and I'm stuck with a financial loss.
