Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear you haven't had success yet with this product, The freeze spray will need to be sprayed directly on to the insect you wish to immobilise, and will need a few short bursts of direct contact with the insect. This works bests for wasps and flying insects; for spiders the pressure of the spray coming out may blow the insect around - to avoid this we would advise to spray the insect from the top, rather than a side angle spray. We hope you receive better results soon!
