Thank you for your feedback. We would advise you need to leave it in the same position for 28 days, as this is how long it can take for the mole repeller to work to its full potential. Please ensure the spike is left in the same position and not moved within this first 28 days. The mole spike may to start with attract the moles, as they will be curious as to what the vibration is in the ground, it will then deter them away, and after the 28 days have passed, the mole activity will have reduced. Please do not hesitate to get in contact with us after 28days have passed if there is still no difference / the mole activity hasn’t reduced.

Thank you for your feedback. Pigeons can be extremely hard birds to get rid of; due to their confident nature and stubbornness, they are tricky to deter from the garden. Are you able to position this on a pole in a more flight orientated position? We would advise to position this owl a bit lower than what you have shown us, also slanting the owl forward will help the light reflect off the owls eyes, making it more realistic and intimidating for the pigeons below.
