Very good and informative about products. My only negative comment is about the total cost. The brochure says one cost, even when inputting the media code it did not show the discounts applied per item although the total seemed to be correct. However the statement in the box in which the products came gave an even different figure. I shall have to wait to see what I was charged on my credit card!
Generally very good. Clothing is all in the "normal size" arena and I'm a big chap so is of no interest to me. Pity because some of the items are very attractive to me.

I found the on-line ordering procedure a bit convoluted but, otherwise, okay. When I telephoned with a query, the assistant didn't have a copy of the catalogue to hand, which I found rather surprising. While I appreciate that it is difficult, there appears to be no ready means of refunding postage costs on returned items when the item supplied is incorrect. I suppose the problem is that some people return items without good reason.

Thank you for bringing the number of pieces query to our attention, this has been changed for future catalogues.
We do not offer a free refund service for items which have been order incorrectly or are just not liked upon receipt but in situations like your own we should always offer an immediate refund, please accept my apologies if that was not the case.
I personally have checked that all operatives have a catalogue on their desk. As these are paper copies it could just have been that someone had their copy 'borrowed'. I am sorry that in this case your service was not the seamless experience that we aspire to.
