I liked the products in the brochure. I had a query with Alkeda about the sun dail that I wanted to order. No one got back to me so I had to call again. I don't see the point of selling this product...

Thank you for supplying us with this feedback. There certainly should have been some abrasions to give a 'worn' look but this should never take away from your enjoyment of the product.
