Service could not be faulted but I suggest you look a bit more closely at your product lines and re examine them with an eye to quality rather than cost.

Please accept my apologies that you were not impressed with the quality of this item. As you can perhaps see, from other responses on this website, there have been a number of very positive comments for this product.
This would lead me to think that there perhaps was a quality issue with the individual item that you received and as we do not expect our customers to receive a poor quality product I would recommend that you return your particular pad and allow us to replace it for you.
