Thank you for renewing your policy with Plan Insurance. I am extremely disappointed to hear that you have had issues with your renewal. Please accept my sincerest apology that you did not receive contact from our office when promised. It is our intention to offer a service to our customers that is second to none and it is clear from what you have mentioned that on this occasion we have failed to meet the usual high standards set.
