Poor customer service. The item was delayed, but got no notification as to why. I spent too much time on the 'Chat' app + then on WhatsApp chat.
All very frustrating..

Tried to adjust my order, no follow up, bad communication. The Whatsapp chat team can't do anything other than pass on a message to a different team. Waste of time.
