Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear about this disappointing experience. We strive to do our best when it comes to dispatching orders, however, once the parcel is handed over to the delivery company, the greatest part of the delivery process falls into their control. Indeed, you should have been notified and provided a timeframe when the delivery person would arrive with the parcel, as it is part of their procedure, but unfortunately, they failed to do so on this occasion. Also, they should not have left the parcel by your door without your express consent and should have personally handed it over to you. Nevertheless, we can only apologize on their behalf for the frustration this has caused and for the time lost waiting for the courier. We do raise these cases internally with DHL in order to work towards avoiding such situations in the future. Should we be able to assist with anything else or you would need support with the product, do not hesitate to contact us as we will be happy to help. Kind Regards, Panasonic Customer Support Team

Indeed, Panasonic has adopted and eco-friendly policy and in order to reduce our carbon footprint, we no longer print out full instruction manuals, however we make all of them available online for all products and available languages.
