no response, I chase the CS almost everyday, and finally, there is still NO explanation why the product is not delivered, what is ridiculous is why checking a delivery status from DHL is that difficult, and it took weeks and still no answer?
At last I can't put up with my stupid decision to buy something from Panasonic UK, I requested a refund, and the case is finally "settled" in this way, from Feb to April. I was so tired for just buying a product from Panasonic UK.
And please read your feedback above, that's totally useless and heart-less reply. It is just a copy-and-paste paragraph for everyone. As I said, everything related to the sales process, from sales team to marketing, from logistics to CS, are ALL WRONG in Panasonic UK.
I was a true 120% super fans of Panasonic before. And the UK team really tarnish the name of Panasonic, what a super service and product GIANT worldwide.
