After leaving this review, I was advised to contact customer services again who have now replaced the pillows. Not sure why this wasn’t done in the first place, but very grateful it’s been sorted now. Thank you.
The terms of the trial were not entirely clear. I understand it was a 30 day trial, but it was not specified when this began (upon purchase or receipt) and the postage time to return.

The pillows came quickly however it’s only been a couple of months and they are flat already.
I bought 4 pillows and I need to replace them.
Only thing I liked about them is the external material...
