Poor quality product and customer service

After leaving this review, I was advised to contact customer services again who have now replaced the pillows. Not sure why this wasn’t done in the first place, but very grateful it’s been sorted now. Thank you.

The 30 nights' trial is from date of receipt and is not extended when pillows are exchanged. We are sorry that was not made clear. We have updated our communications to reflect this going forward.
