Hi Melanie,
Thank you for your review.
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the pearl scoop you received, especially as you’ve had much better experiences with our scoops in the past. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find that many of the pearls were too small to use and that the colours and sizes didn’t reflect what you were hoping for.
We appreciate you sharing such detailed feedback, and we’ll certainly pass your comments on to our team for consideration.
We’re sorry for the disappointment caused, and if there’s anything we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 0800 6444 655.
Kind regards,
Jewellery Maker
