Hi, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that the gemstone colour wasn’t what you were expecting. As Jadeite is a natural gemstone, variations in colour can occur from bead to bead. This gemstone is classified as red however, some beads may be darker in tone and can appear more brown depending on the lighting conditions. We understand your disappointment, especially as you’ve purchased red gemstones from us previously that were a brighter shade. We also appreciate your concerns regarding return costs after experiencing issues with a previous return.
