Jaguar insurance's services were very good, they were very helpful and kept me informed during the process of the repair work to my car. All of the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful.

Many thanks for your feedback. We’re very sorry that you weren’t satisfied with the service you received from Jaguar Excess Protect. We have looked into your claim and have spoken to our Customer Experience Team who have advised that the repairers did not carry out any work to the windows due to the repair being to the bumper - they would have required all windows to be shut whilst in the Bodyshop due to the paint/dust. It has been advised that the scratch looks like something has got caught in the window seal and this resulted in the window being scratched when closed. We value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improves our services.
The service was very efficient throughout with staff keeping me informed at all stages and were always very courteous. I was contacted to check if there were any lingering affects from the accident...

I found everyone, understanding and helpful. With everything being sorted quickly, with no fuss.
I couldn't beleive the top level of service and not even insured by Jaguar.
