Travelling direct to the destination is the way to go!

I would say, however, that it would be useful to point out in the pre-flight information that buggies and golf clubs etc do not arrive on the same carousel as the luggage. It came on carousel 17 which is right the other end of the baggage hall. We did not know this and was extremely upsetting for some families with small children to not know what was happening, where to go etc.
My suggestion is that if this is standard then it should appear in the pre flight information.

Great hotel and staff .Friendly and very hard working .Flight out on time .3 hour delay on way back but that can happen .Our only moan would be a lack of information at airport .Apart from that ,...

Excellent flight to Mallorca which ran without any delays. Would have preferred a later return time but the very early time of departure from Palma did work. Delighted that British Airways London...

I would recommend them and to leave home to getting to Majorca the same day was brilliant not having to go to the Uk a no brainier for me. More flights to other destinations would be fantastic.

It's not really your fault but the flight was delayed by 4 hours, the light meal was a piece of chocolate fudge cake and a bottle of water, there was nobody to meet the flight for assistance, the...

Many Thanks for feedback. We are sorry that you experienced a delay to your outbound flight, which had a knock-on effect on your transfer. As the flight arrived in Majorca 2 hours and 40 minutes later than scheduled I'm afraid this does not fall into the parameters for airline compensation. I have checked our booking confirmation from the hotel which confirms departure 10th September, I'm therefore sorry to hear that there was some confusion on check-in. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.
We were very impressed with the service FlyDirect provided. It was wonderful to travel direct from Guernsey to Majorca. The only way we feel the service could be improved would be to provide details...
