Slightly expensive, however the way of travelling is quicker and hassle-free :)

Very disappointed with the delays with the flights 3 hours 25 minutes going to Majorca and an hour coming back to the IOM. Also not enough choice of food and drinks on the flight.

Delays are totally out of our control, however we do understand your frustration. With regards the catering on board, due to all delays and cancellations that are happening lately we made the decision to reduce the food & drinks service to be able to offer consistency across all our direct services. We hope that this inconvenience didn't stop you from enjoying Majorca :)

Generally a good flight only service but two hour delay in taking off for return flight could have been avoided. Delay caused by one paswenger who should not habe been allowed onto the aircraft.

Actual flight and service was very good Delays both ways but kept updated with reasons and timescales so not an issue Please change the chocolate brownie snack It was awful!
Helpful English speaking hotel staff. Early start required for return flight with pick up at hotel at 0315 CET but this meant that with direct flight 0730 from Palma after time change I arrived at...
