I never "star" excellent regardless of the service received. However my purchase was without fault and working as anticipated.

The service I received was excellent. The product not so good. It takes a long time to heat up and my heating bills have sky rocketed so I cannot afford to use it. Back to my gas central heating...

They do target the heating when you need it the most unlike the old obsolete night storage heaters.
