I helped over the phone rather than send an engineer because I could resolve the issue within 2 minutes and ensure you had the heat you needed at the press of a couple of buttons.
This also saves you having to wait for an engineer to come out to resolve it, and it gives you an immediate solution. Thank you Danny Brewin Customer Relations Manager.
