I am sorry and disappointed to hear that you found our communication lacking, I would like to assure you that we strive to keep our customers informed at every stage of their order whether by email, letter or telephone including text. Your survey appointment unfortunately was not carried out on the agreed date due to an unexpected delay at a previous job. I would like to apologise for failing to contact you promptly to notify you of this issue and for any inconvenience caused. The original delivery of the shutters was postponed by yourself, so in order to accommodate the installation date a new delivery date was offered with less notice than we would have normally provided, for which we apologise. I am delighted to hear that you are happy with the quality of the product and trust that you will have many years of enjoyment from your shutters.
