Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with our payment terms, please do not take this as a personal slight against your trustworthiness. It is unfortunate that in today’s society there is a tiny minority that will take advantage of a company’s trust with non payment. It is unfair that all other customers have to bear the cost of this. We think our payment terms are fair and we do not request the balance is paid until the product is delivered and our installer is on site ready to commence installation.
