Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the installation not being completed during our recent visit. Prior to the installation date we were aware that due to supplier issues not all the blinds would be ready in time. It was agreed that we would honour the date and install the blinds which had been manufactured. Since the installation we have been in contact to discuss the issues raised and a return date to complete the installation has been agreed. I am sorry that this installation has not gone as smoothly as either of us would have liked and trust once all the blinds have been installed you will have many years of enjoyment from them.
