Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am sorry that the completion of your order took longer than we expected. Normally the blinds would be installed within 4-6 weeks from order. Unfortunately on this occasion the installation took longer due to a change in the order as well as an issue with the fabric suppliers. I would like to apologise that our communication was lacking as we should have been in contact with your more often during the processing of your order. I understand the operating mechanisms are too short for you to reach and we are returning with longer chains to make the blinds more simple to use. The blinds have been manufactured in the colours confirmed at the point of sale and survey. I have requested samples of the chosen fabric to be sent to you for your information. Please accept my sincere apologies for your order not going as smoothly as either of us would have hoped. All the people I dealt with were great. The only negative was explaining to me how the insect screens were going to work when closed. I actually thought they installled them incorrectly.

Unfortunately on this occasion the installation took longer due to an issue with the fabric suppliers. Although we kept you informed of the progress I appreciate the delay will have been inconvenient. A customer may cancel their order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, although we would always prefer to complete the contract and provide the high quality product ordered. Had to choose a shade three times as the colours were discontinued and not removed…

Had to choose a shade three times as the colours were discontinued and not removed from the swatches, therefore delaying delivery. When we complained the manageress was very abrupt and unsympathetic.

Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am sorry that some of the colour samples you were shown had been discontinued when we placed the order with the suppliers. Normally we are given sufficient time to withdraw the discontinued samples from our presentation packs. Unfortunately on this occasion this did not happen for which we are extremely sorry for the upset and inconvenience this caused you. It was disappointing to hear that you have experienced a problem with the blinds shortly after they had been installed. I understand that the engineer has been booked to return to you to resolve these issues. Once again I am sorry that this order has not gone as smoothly as we both would have liked and trust once the remedial work has been completed you will have many years of enjoyment from your blinds.
