Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am sorry that we have let you down. I would like to apologise for the delay in the processing of your awning order. The time taken to confirm the details was too long though no fault of your own. This was then exasperated by a delay in the delivery of the awning. On the receipt of your report of a fault we arranged for the installation engineer to contact you directly. I understand that he has contacted you and is dealing with your issue. Thank you for your comments about the installation team and the quality of the product. Once again I am sorry for the delay and once the operation issue is resolved trust you will have many years of enjoyment from your awning. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and we are sorry that you are not entirely happy with your installation. We offered to manufacture your blinds as you wished without the join but noted this is beyond our recommended specification. We gave you the option to have the blind manufactured with or without the join or to cancel your order and refund your deposit less our costs. Argos offer ready made bamboo blinds which are very different to our bespoke hardwood Pinoleum blinds. I would like to assure you we take all feedback seriously but feel that this is an unfair comparison. Once again I am sorry you have not found our product or service as you would wish.
