Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am sorry that you have not enjoyed your experience. As we discussed, on the completion of your installation, although you were expecting the packaging to be left on site as advised at the point of survey, I appreciate it came as a shock the actual amount of packaging. The shutters are packaged extremely well to ensure their safe arrival in the UK. Yours was a relatively large order and of course this means a larger amount of packaging. As the amount was too much for the local refuge collection we agreed to cover the cost for a contractor to collect the rubbish. I am sorry that you found some marks on the shutters. Unfortunately I am unable to offer an explanation for these but am glad to hear you were able to clean these off. The shutters have been sprayed with a high quality paint which is durable and easy to keep clean. The points you raised have been taken onboard and are being considered further. Once again I am sorry you have not enjoyed your experience but trust you will have many years of enjoyment from your shutters.
