Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the service you have received. Orders for shutters take approximately 8-10 weeks from the point the order is raised to when they are installed. I understand that your availability for the survey and the installation appointments was limited and so lengthened the process. I am sorry you feel that we are hiding behind small print regarding the delivery of the shutters and the packaging. We are an ethical company and highlight these points on the first page of our survey documentation. I am sorry that in this instance it was not made sufficiently clear. I am delighted that you are happy with the product and trust you will have many years of enjoyment from your shutters. Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am sorry you are not entirely happy with the product. The blinds should be smooth to use, however they can be stiff if the pole is not used correctly. There is a technique for using the pole, which you would have been shown during the hand over process. If after a few weeks of regular usage you feel that the operation of the blinds has not become smoother please call customer service on 0117 963 7734 option 2 to arrange for an engineer to visit.
