Thank you for taking the time to send your feedback, I am sorry that you are disappointed in the level of service you have received. I do appreciate that your order did not go as smoothly as either of us would have liked. I would like to reiterate our apologies offered in our letter of the 6th February 2015 which also outlined the reasons for the delay. You requested the blinds be fitted in a particular way and therefore we had to arrange a visit from our Installation Manager to confirm this was possible. I agree this took longer to arrange than it should, for which I apologise. After the Installation Manager's visit, the technical survey was arranged and once all the fabric colours were selected, the blinds were installed within 4 weeks.
