Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the level of service and the product you have received. We were unable to complete the installation of your roof blinds on the originally agreed date as we discovered an issue with the proposed fixing positions. Therefore we needed to carry out some preparation work before the roof blinds could be installed. The preparation work and the installation of the blinds were completed just 10 days after the original date. The coverage provided by the blinds was discussed in detail and agreed during the survey process. As you were not totally satisfied with the coverage provided by the window blinds we arranged for one of the blinds to be remade, taking into consideration the operational spaces required. The blind was fitted 5 weeks later which we accept is longer than we would normally have liked and for which we offer our apologies. Please accept my sincere apologies that your order has not gone as smoothly as we both would have liked and please be assured of our best intentions at all times.
