Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry that you were unhappy with the service you have received. I understand that since your original enquiry in December there had been various communications via email between yourself and our sales team resulting in the order being placed on the 18th February 2015. I would like to apologise that we needed to postpone your installation at short notice as the blind had been lost whilst in transit to the installer. We promptly remade the blind and the installation was completed on the 15th April. Our installer has confirmed that your new blind was fitted in the same position as your previous blind, using the same fixing positions. The removal of pleated window blinds is usually straight forward as shown in our Care and Maintenance leaflet so I am sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties.
