The booking service is simple and easy to use, any queries that I had were dealt with efficiently and quickly when I phoned the booking team. Overall a very easy booking to make.

Short break
Website is a little hard to use if using your phone or tablet. Drop down boxes / date boxes don't always come up or change when you need them too. Got there in the end though!

ONLINE booking was very easy!! Took advantage of an offer at the time so even got a good deal!! Really looking forward to our stay in October for my Halloween birthday! It will be our first stay....

I was monitoring the 19th of Feb at half term for a family of 4 and the price was either £164 or £123 but in the space of a few minutes. It kept going up and then down so could be really unfair...
