Good but confusing price scheme
Very good initially, but trying to add an extra night or larger room is confusingly expensive and unclear. Helpful staff but not simple to book a room for a family with twin babies.

I didn't feel the information given regarding what to expect was very clear. Also, I never received an email confirmation (spam checked) despite clicking resend on the booking page.

Great help when things went wrong!
Used a groupon voucher which did make it a bit more difficult to book online, not too straight forward. But got there in a couple of minutes. Found dates booked were wrong and phoned to change dates....
