The booking service was really simple and easy to use. The only thing I would say is that there needs to be a bit more information in regards to the deals that are active on the website.

Surprisingly poor website
The website is not the clearest. I don't want a pop up screen with limited information on bedrooms. I'd like to see pictures of the normal bedrooms and not have to go to lots of other pages searching...
