Terrible... ordered extra storage boxes to qualify for next day special delivery, didn’t receive anything until 2days later and it was only half my order then the second half wasn’t even attempted to...

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that your order did not arrive on time, nor was part of your order delivered to you.
I have looked into this and can see that one of our customer service agents raised this complaint with UPS to find out why this has happened. Unfortunately it seems that our courier had an error that resulted in the delay and your order being left at an Access Point.
I apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you.
Delivery was slow considering it was from the Hhe Post Office! I had to email to see where my order was. The tracking service said it was down for next day but email reply said 3-4 so a bit confusing!

I can see from the information on your order that it was placed using our Royal Mail Standard Delivery service.
We do state on our Delivery Information page that any orders placed using this delivery option can take 3 - 5 working days to reach customers.
Apologies for any confusion that may have been caused by incorrect order information that stated your order would be using our Next Working Day Delivery service.
This was the first time I have used you and I have to say the service and simplicity of the transaction was fantastic. I would definitely deal with you again. Thanks Chris
