Experience was good,was struggling to find somewhere to buy large quantities of stamps and the time. Ordered on line was quick and easy, also browsed through other things they do.
Slow delivery. Surely quicker to send via Royal Mail than UPS? Tracking said it couldn't find a record of my order!

I have taken a look at the tracking information for your order and unfortunately it seems that our courier experienced an error that resulted in the delay of your delivery.
To try and make up for this, I have had your delivery charges refunded today 18/04/2018, please note that it can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.

Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the time taken for you to receive your order.
Unfortunately, due to the Easter bank holiday, our offices were closed on Thursday 26/3/18 through to 2/4/18.
I can see that you placed your order using our Royal Mail Standard Delivery service which we do state on our Delivery Information page, can take 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends) in order to arrive with customers.
As your order was not available for dispatch before our offices had closed, it was then processed and delivered the following week once we had re-opened.

Incompetence prevails. There was nothing to stop the order, posted on a Monday, being here on a Tuesday, when you are charging £2.99. If the charge had been reasonable, you might have been in a position to defend your performance, but the fact that you can make excuses shows you have no intention of improving the service.

My order was fine but it took 10 days to arrive for an extra 70p I should have done next day delivery

I can see that you placed your order with our standard Royal Mail delivery option. This has a 3-5 working day delivery timeframe which unfortunately looks to have crossed over with the Easter bank holidays, which would have delayed the delivery of your order further.

So I have to pay extra to get the stamps within a useful timescale, otherwise, wait a week. This is a poor level of service, and I won't be using the service again for that reason.
Disappointed that the same stamp set i brought for my daughter in 2013 is not available. Also that the presentation of this one was not good. Most stamps misplaced out of the sleeves and crossing...

Unfortunately we only have the 2017 yearbooks available for purchase and do not have the 2013 ones available.
In regards to the presentation of this product, I have passed on your comments to our product manager who will in turn supply this to our supplier for them to look into.

Thanks for responding but you’ve misunderstood. I didn’t want the 2013 stamp set. But the 2017 latest version of what I bought in 2013.
