ordering was fine but the delivered items were very damaged and had to be returned and it has taken over 5 days to be refunded which is not accepatble

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you received items that were damaged.
I have looked into your complaint for you and can see that unfortunately this was due to our courier not delivering them as expected. We arranged to have these items brought back to us and were waiting to receive these back in our warehouse so that we could credit you, however our courier disposed of the items due to damage.
A refund was raised for you on 23/04/2018 due to this and can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.
I apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused for you.
