Thank you for your feedback which is appreciated, we are aware that the 'final leg' of a customer experience can indeed negatively colour the experience. It's most frustrating to be expecting something which doesn't happen. However, as you should be aware, it was a vehicle breakdown that affected your delivery on that day rather than our choice of delivery company. If this was a frequent occurrence you could argue that there was an issue with general vehicle maintenance, but in our experience and with this company this is a rare event. I understand that you have rescheduled delivery and I trust that this will run as smoothly as normal. Please do let us know though if this is not the case.
