Thank you for your feedback which although welcomed, I do need to reassure you that the delivery price is commensurate with our costs. Whilst I sympathise with your predicament, you do live on an outlying island in the Inner Hebrides. As your parcel included a large item and weighed around 4kg a courier was the only option and we could not send it any cheaper. Our postage rate for smaller lighter items is the same across the whole of the UK, however we do get charged much more for Highland & Islands and feel it is only fair to pass these costs on. My only suggestion would be to send your larger orders to a friend or relative on the mainland and then get them to bring it when they visit. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to comment nonetheless.
