Choose alternative Tour operators

Our tour guide has very poor English skills and often appears to be disorganised and poorly prepared. Some accommodation was substandard.

This is the worst tour guide we have ever experienced. She is a good person but has no idea on how to be a tour guide. Do you have any quality control with regards to the selection of tour guides? My wife and I are very disappointed with this tour and are feeling as if we have been "ripped off ".

Well organised tour taking in some interesting sites with exceptional guide

Well organised tour with ability to listen to and handle clients concerns. ie changing Qantas flights to earlier time to make connection at Sydney.
