Due to the weight of the products we deliver and to ensure the product is protected in transit, we currently must use plastic tape in order to ensure the products are not damaged. However, we have passed on your comments to our Operations Manager to investigate further as we always looking to expand our sustainability measures and minimise the plastic we use.Without customers like yourself raising important questions, we cannot make the planet a better place. However, we do re-use packaging that we receive from other deliveries in an effort to repurpose and extend the life of plastic which is not as recyclable as other preferred materials. We encourage transparency and have always prided ourselves on our philosophy towards sustainability, and continue to strive to improve our products, packaging and working methods, to reduce our carbon footprint.
