We have duly noted your comments towards the upgrade option within your booking, and whilst we can confirm that the cabin provided was an improvement upon that originally booked, we wish to apologise if the cruise operators terms and conditions towards their upgrades was not clearly advised to you. We have escalated this comment to our Customer Relations team, who will in turn ensure our sales staff is provided with additional training, where necessary. Thank you.
Turning to these comments made towards the cruise, we have no record of your formal complaint in this area, and would ask if you have addressed this with the cruise liner direct?
