Service is good but prices vary dramatically for same breed of dog of very very similar ages!! I cant understand why!

Helpful service but it's a pity you don't include horses on your multi pet insurance. I had to go to another company for a good deal.

I put a claim in for my puppy to have treatment and waited more than 3 weeks for an answer as to whether petplan would pay out and in that time my puppy's leg has healed abnormally. I am not happy...
