Helpful and friendly staff.

Quick and easy on line but then slightly disappointed that I then could not claim the free month offer available when the puppies were micro chipped as I already had cover.

Everything I wanted to know was fully explained to me. The agent was polite and helpful.

The customer service person listened well and was able to give a good service.
