Very good coverage, not the cheapest but reviews are very good. Taken 2 payments in 2 weeks so need to check its not a regular occurence

I was very surprised to know that dentistry was not included in my policy. Had Milo from dogs trust and he went back a week or so after to get his teeth sorted out., This should have been done...

I had no problem with my claim for my GSD's veterinary treatment. The funds were paid directly to my vet with no questions asked.

Very helpful on the telephone, I am sure Petplan are going to be 1oo% better than our previous pet insurance company

The website is easy to use to sign up all your pets!

I thought I had forgotten to update my policy and so renewed it in May. I had in fact not forgotten and had renewed it previously in March and yet Petplan took both payments and did not contact me....

The service was fine, very polite and helpful advisor.
